Weekly Training and Development
Adams Engineering encourages employees to develop their professional skills by taking advantage of both internal and external training opportunities. Internal training, conducted by in-house subject experts, is concentrated in the following topics:
- Technical Development
- Project Management
- Quality Assurance
- Health and Safety
Specific technical training is provided to keep our employees up-to-date in the various services that Adams provides. In addition to internal training, employees are also encouraged to attend external training programs to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Adams supports employee development through our Tuition Reimbursement Program. Many of our employees participate in college courses to learn new subjects or to complete undergraduate or graduate degrees.
