Veterans Home Opens in Tyler As a Veteran owned business, Adams Engineering jumped at the chance to be a part of the Watkins Logan Garrison State Veterans Home in Tyler, TX. The home is built on twenty acres donated by the University of Texas Health Science Center, and is the eighth Texas State Veterans home built in Texas since the legislation was passed in 1997. This home will provide long-term care for up to 100 veterans in a family-style design. ADAMS performed the civil engineering for this unique, first-class residence.
