As a 15-acre dilapidated industrial zoned site, Kimball Park proved to have its challenges. The site was originally designed as an infill rehabilitated site to include a hotel/conference center with an indoor race track for corporate team building activities in 2012. Since then it has evolved into a more mixed-use development programmed with a hotel/conference center, multi-story office, retail and restaurants. Concept and site planning, jurisdictional coordination, landscape architecture and engineering services are being provided by Adams Engineering & Development Consultants.
